sport in our country has seen all different stages, bust like how in business the organization goes through different stages. so as in the sport in our country, we have pro athletes competing at such high levels and due to wrong discussion make they are not recognized or rewarded correctly. I feel for South Africa as a country to improve and grow in sport serious transformation has to take place. this will allow more consistency in the performance of athletes in our country and also in sure we are keeping our talent and other countries are not investing in them as making us as a country loose out.
